We are excited to announce a few major additions to our program this year!
We have added two inflatable obstacle courses this year to challenge our campers! Adrenaline Rush (10.36 m x 7.01 m x 4.27 m) and Special Ops (8.53 m x 11.58 m x 5.79 m) are great for campers to go head-to-head and challenge each other for the best time!
The addition of our inflatable Bubble Bar (10.67 m x 7.62 m x 5.79 m), two commercial foam machines, and three commercial bubble machines will help us all cool off on those hot summer days.
Practice your short game with our new 9-hole modular mini putt! This is a great casual activity for campers to enjoy in small groups.
We are encouraging all parents to sign up for the waitlist if your preferred camp is full. Make sure that you select the week and age group.
Note, priority will be give to families with siblings already registered.
We really missed all our smiling faces last summer and are working around the clock to create a safe and memorable experience this upcoming summer 2021. Although the COVID-19 pandemic has created many challenges for all of us, we know that our youth needs to enjoy the great outdoors where they will get plenty of exercise and enjoy the fresh air on our beautiful 35 acres. Let’s get away from all our screen time and get back to the healthy outdoors and soak up the gifts that Mother Nature has to offer.
5 Star Camps is committed to providing a safe environment for your precious little ones. Our 35 acres allows your children to experience open air activities.
COVID-19 guidelines for camps are constantly changing and evolving. While we are planning for summer 2023 we are using COVID-19 best practices. As information changes, 5 Star will make sure our summer plans will reflect all current updated information. As an accredited member of the Ontario Camps Association (OCA) we have a very experienced team behind us with whom we are working closely through these challenging times. We are also in close contact with our Provincial and local health officials.
5 Star Camps takes pride in our safety protocols and have always been proud of the hard work of our team to deliver a safe experience for our campers and staff. We will be implementing extra guidelines necessary as guided by the requirements of public health.
These changes will give our camp a different look but we are strongly committed to providing our traditional outdoor adventures where the children can experience what they need for their mental health while developing new and old friendships.
Here are some of our safety protocols:
Important note: 5 Star Camps reserves the right to change or update our policies and/or programs if the Ministry of Health guidelines change due to COVID-19 restrictions, prior to, or during the summer as these changes could be beyond our control.
Our Registration is slated to launch March 13, 2023 at 10:00 am.
Cancellations between June 6, 2023 and June 20, 2023 will be subject to a $100 administration fee per family.
After June 20, 2023, there will be NO refunds given. Once camp has begun if a child or their cohort has to quarantine due to COVID-19, we will issue a credit for days missed in September, to be applied to next summer. Our upcoming COVID-19 Public Health guidelines will outline COVID-19 protocols.
If a shutdown is initiated by local, provincial, or federal health authorities, a refund will be issued for days missed, subject to a $100 administration fee per family.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate these ever-changing times during a national pandemic.
5 Star Camps will always make time for our families. We recognize that it has been a very tough year for everyone and we stay committed to supporting our community and continue to be an advocate for the well-being and safety of our children along with their families. We would like you to know that you can talk to us about any of your concerns and we will offer whatever help we can to alleviate any worries you may have.
We will keep you informed every step of the way and will share any Public Health updates with our families. Contact us at 613-256-4589. We are all in this together.
