What if I want to cancel my registration?

Important note: 5 Star Camps reserves the right to change or update our policies and/or programs if the Ministry of Health guidelines change due to COVID-19 restrictions, prior to, or during the summer as these changes could be beyond our control.

Our Registration is slated to launch March 2, 2024 at 9:00am. 

Cancellations between March 2 and June 5, 2024 (inclusive) will be subject to a $30.00 administration fee per family.

Cancellations between June 6, 2024 and June 20, 2024 (inclusive) will be subject to a $100 administration fee per family.

After June 20, 2024, there will be NO refunds given. 

If a shutdown is initiated by local, provincial, or federal health authorities, a refund will be issued for days missed, subject to a $100 administration fee per family.

Change of Registration

What if I want to make a change to my registration?

If you need to make a change to your registration, there is no charge to do so before June 6, 2024. Simply send us an email to registration@5starcamps.ca to let us know as soon as possible what change you would like to make. Please note, after June 6, 2024 there will be a $25 service fee for changes to registrations. All changes are subject to availability.
