Please Note: The cost for all of our camps are $499/5 day week and $399.20/4 day week, which includes lunch program, two fruit snacks daily and a full day of activities!
Before you register please note how we group our campers in the Outdoor Adventure Camp. Campers are divided by age not gender.

Registration
Returning families do not need to create a new profile, simply update your information from last year by signing in with your email address and password.
If you are new to 5 Star Camps please visit our online registration portal and complete the “New user sign-up” section. This enhanced process is more comprehensive and will allow our parents to provide us with a broader understanding of your child, along with giving you a smoother registration experience.
If there is no availability in your camp and week of choice, please choose the waiting list option and complete the registration process. We will contact you if a spot opens up to confirm your registration and complete your payment.
Availability
Note: There is still availability for all camps and ages, choose your week before we fill up.
To view our camp availability, please complete the “New user sign-up” section to create an account. Camps will populate according to your child’s age at the time of camp. If there is no availability in your camp and week of choice, please choose the waiting list option and complete the registration process.
Reservations
Please be advised that your child’s spot will be reserved once we have received payment.
Payment Options
We accept Visa/Mastercard and EFT’s (Electronic Funds Transfers). All registration is done online there is no manual option. Please note that all prices are in Canadian funds (CDN). A $25 fee is applied to any NSF payments.
Cancellation and Changes to Registration
Important note: 5 Star Camps reserves the right to change or update our policies and/or programs if the Ministry of Health guidelines change due to COVID-19 restrictions, prior to, or during the summer as these changes could be beyond our control.
Our Registration is slated to launch March 3, 2025 at 9:00 am.
Cancellations between March 3 and June 5, 2025 (inclusive) will be subject to a $30.00 administration fee per family.
Cancellations between June 6, 2025 and June 20, 2025 (inclusive) will be subject to a $100 administration fee per family.
After June 20, 2025, there will be NO refunds given.
If a shutdown is initiated by local, provincial, or federal health authorities, a refund will be issued for days missed, subject to a $100 administration fee per family.

If you need to make a change to your registration, there is no charge to do so before June 6, 2025. Simply send us an email to registration@5starcamps.ca to let us know as soon as possible what change you would like to make. Please note, after June 6, 2025 there will be a $25 service fee for changes to registrations. All changes are subject to availability.
